Returns & Refund

If you need to return a product, please first email to support@rapidup.co. We only accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of receipt, and the products must be returned in their original packaging. Unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, the customer must bear the return shipping cost and the original order shipping cost. Be sure to contact us before returning any package; returns are not accepted without prior return authorization. Rapid Up reserves the right to refuse returns.

If you used a free shipping promotion when purchasing, you will need to bear the cost of return shipping when returning the product.

For refund orders, we will deduct a service fee (approximately 5%) to cover related payment processing fees.
