Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping location is in Taiwan. After confirming that your order is correct, the products will be shipped within three business days. Please enter the shipping address in English without any special characters to avoid errors. If you need to change the address or cancel the order, please notify us before shipment to avoid package loss.

Please check the contents of the package when signing for it. We do not take any responsibility for any damage that may occur during the shipping process.

We offer shipping services through FedEx, International EMS, SF Express, and Postal Service. Please choose according to your needs. Generally, using FedEx, International EMS, or SF Express allows you to receive the package within ten business days (sometimes it may take more business days for customs clearance when the package arrives at the local customs; please be aware of this). You can also track the progress of your order. 

For bulk orders over $500, please contact us separately.

We cannot refund the shipping cost if there are delays in delivery due to bad weather or other disasters.

Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes for international shipping are borne by the customer. Once the original package is shipped, Rapid Up does not bear any additional costs. If the customer refuses to pay these additional costs, the return shipping cost and any extra fees will be deducted from the order cost, and the remaining funds will be refunded to the customer.
